Retail Processing Time
While we always strive to complete and ship orders as quickly as possible, it may take 1-3 business days to process your retail order before it is shipped. Processing time for orders placed Friday-Sunday will likely begin the following Monday. If you are in the Austin area and would like to pick up your order, select 'Pick Up' as your shipping method at checkout. We will send you an email when your order is ready.
Wholesale Processing Time
While we always strive to complete and ship orders as quickly as possible, it may take 7-10 days to process your wholesale order before it is shipped. Processing time for orders placed Friday-Sunday will likely begin the following Monday.
USPS Shipping
Shipping can take 2-5 business days to arrive once it ships, depending on shipping destination. All orders are shipped out from Texas.
FREE Shipping
Orders that qualify for free shipping will ship USPS Priority Mail.
PO Box / Military APO Shipping
All PO Box and APO Delivery addresses will ship through USPS Priority Mail and can't be upgraded/changed to another delivery method at this time.
